At WILD Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and odors.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
